Josie brings a background in preconstruction to Blue Rock Homes, helping guide projects from early planning through the start of construction. With experience in permitting, selections, and estimating — and a degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Murray State University — she works to ensure each home’s design translates smoothly from concept to construction.

Josie enjoys shaping homes designed for how people truly live. Her approach focuses on thoughtful layouts, timeless materials, and details that balance beauty and function while creating spaces that feel welcoming, elevated, and built to last.

Originally born in Louisiana and raised primarily in Phoenix, Arizona, Josie developed an early interest in homes while watching HGTV and spending summers learning in her grandfather’s shop. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys, road-tripping in their camping van, and slowly restoring their 1901 farmhouse.
